Leuta Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • The olives used to produce Leuta EVOO come from olive trees planted around Leuta Vineyards in 2000 and from a second orchard with ancient trees located in the hills surrounding Cortona. Bth orchards are planted with a careful selection of Moraiolo, Leccino, Corregiolo, Pendolino, Cipressino and Frantoio varieties
  • The Harvest is carried out the first half of October
  • To preserve the quality of the oil, the olives are cold pressed immediately after harvest. The olive oil rests in stainless steel for two months before bottling
  • Fresh and intense fruity flavor with a pleasant artichoke scent and a touch of thistle. In the mouth it is very rich and powerful with a beautiful long peppery finish
